Nestled at the mouth of the bay that separates Dent Island from the mainland, The Fisherman's Landing & Lodge is more than just a place to dock—it's a gateway to unparalleled maritime adventure. Though our address places us on Stuart Island, we are uniquely positioned as part of the British Columbia mainland, offering a seamless blend of remote tranquility and modern convenience.
Since our inception, we have provided boaters, anglers, and travelers with a safe harbor and unforgettable experiences. With a deep-rooted passion for hospitality and a commitment to excellence, we have grown into a premier moorage destination.
"In 2017, we completed the construction and installation of state-of-the-art concrete docks, expanding our guest moorage to 1,600 feet. Today, we proudly offer 30, 50, and 100 amp power options, along with diesel and gas services—ensuring that every vessel has everything needed for a perfect stay."

Tie up, walk up. Our brand-new store sits right at the top of the gangway — provision the galley, restock the cooler, and grab a hoodie without ever leaving the marina.
Running low after a week on the water? The Landing Store carries over 150 items chosen for boaters: real groceries and fresh produce, cold drinks and snacks for the crew, camping and outdoor gear, and the marine oils and lubricants you actually need mid-cruise. There's a first-aid and personal-care shelf for the things you forgot, and local artisan goods — honey, handmade soap, lotion bars — for the things you didn't know you wanted.
Laundry is on site, the food truck is parked next door, and the new brick access road leads straight up to the lodge. Everything is a two-minute walk from your slip.
Wally & Fisherman's tees and hoodies, quarter-zips, sunshirts, and hats — the souvenir that actually gets worn.

Come in off the water hungry. Between the lodge restaurant, the bar, and the food truck by the store, nobody goes back down the dock unfed.
The Lodge Restaurant & Bar. Vaulted cedar ceilings, a stone fireplace, and floor-to-ceiling windows onto the bay — dinner here ends the day the way a day on the inlet deserves. The kitchen leans on what the water provides, right down to locally caught spot prawns, and the deck seats you close enough to watch your own boat swing at the dock.
The Food Truck. Parked beside the Landing Store at the head of the dock for quick, casual bites — grab lunch on your way out or refuel the crew without a sit-down stop.
"Caesar On The Hook — vodka, Clamato, signature rim, garnished with local prawns, maple bacon, olives, and pickles. It's a meal that drinks like a cocktail."
Menus rotate with the season and the catch. Ask at the bar for today's features — and for the rotating bottle list.
